With our customers - Kuehne & Nagel, we have met for the first time about six months before the start of the project. From the first meeting it was clear that the client wants a space measured to all the details especially if they are going to rent a space for five or more years, so client does not want to spend time on the place that is not even functional and aesthetic.
The selection procedure began in October 2015, but the actual realization ehas finished in December 2016. Approximately three quarters of the year together we have adapted and personalized the space, which in addition to our proposal promotes space plan, which was designed according to the concept of Feng Shui. And thanks to it the space creates a sense of harmony, consistency and a good working atmosphere.
Process of the project
The actual work began in March 2016 and continued until the second half of that year. Our task was to create an interior design. In addition to the delivery of furniture. Most of the design work was carried out in the first part of the trial from March to July.
Then, as we have with the client agree on the final form of the draft, we started modifying the original project areas. We judged fact that some parts, such as lighting elements, ceilings, special angled wall carpets or distribution are not the best for space.
Carpeting creates just the most significant element of the interior. At first glance, incidental carpet layout is carefully divided by colors and colourfulness defines communication space and closed offices, meeting rooms, and relaxation areas. Space seems in order.
As the project has counted with the door in the color of cappuccino after seeking jointly with the client, we have chosen more neutral, white color furniture, which we then added color accents in the form of light brown and pistachio divider. The space was then supplemented with 3D icons and stickers to create the interior a pleasant, friendly atmosphere.
We are pleased to say that the result of cooperation with Kuehne & Nagel is not only space that is user, functionally and aesthetically perfectly tuned, but during the cooperation, a sincere and human connection was created, that is even more valuable as a successful project.
