Each second year during last week of October is in Cologne held largest Europe fair of office furniture and we haven´t missed there.

Cologne fair doesn´t need to be particularly introduced especially to those who are operating in the segment of office furniture and solutions. Orgatec is trendestter where mainly big "players" present their design, technology, strategy development and understanding of work space and its solutions.
We had three days for the whole fair this years , what was exactly enough for the event of such extent. We were among the 56-thousand visitors from 118 countries who visited the exhibition this year. Topic of this Orgatec was "creativity works - new visions of work", which are largely reflected in the presentations of exhibitors.
According to a survey conducted by Orgatec, fair was visited by a high number of new visitors compared to the previous year. This is 18.6% more visitors from Europe, 14.2% from the Middle East, 13% from Africa and 63% from Asia.
Accoring survey are participants of the fair are varied from founders of start-ups, sales representatives and decision-makers in medium-sized companies to senior managers in large corporations, including a wide range of professionals such as designers and architects, journalists etc.
Based on the opinions of the surveyed sample, 86% of participants were very satisfied because the exhibition met their intended goals. Even greater success for the further expansion of the exhibition is that 96% of participants would recommend visit of fair to their business partners.
The theme of the exhibition "Creativity works - new visions of work" was so broad that it proved all 671 exhibitors successfully uncover their range.
During the presentation of its solutions many companies followed holistic approach that revolves around the question of what solutions exist to meet the requirements of new forms in the context of "collaborative working". The answers to this question have varied at the rich palette of creativity and covered a broad spectrum from individual tables to flexible space system and devices that support networking jobs, but also promote employee health and well-being.
Within functionality of working desk hasn´t been sidelined its flexibility and usefulness to health. Right numerous solutions that integrate concepts of color, personalized lighting and acoustic solutions at the exhibition tables have revealed new possibilities in the direction of development working desk. Systems for team and project workplaces and flexible solution for digitizing working environment attract a huge amount of interest. Demand was particularly strong for products designed for a complex solution of workspaces to suit individual requirements in terms of form, layout and design.
In the this photoreport we are bringing preview of the products exhibited in the booths of our suppliers. They presented new products that have different purpose and utilization in a space and improve performance on a workplace.
