The new Occo SC’s shell and characteristic cut-out section offer superior comfort and enable the adoption of different postures. The compact size of the chair range designed by Jehs & Laub allows efficient use of spaces.
Occo SC is available with the same colour, frame and upholstery options that its “big brother” Occo offers: stackable four-leg frame models, four-leg frame models in solid wood, four-star base models with glides and five-star base models with swivel castors. As a result, we’ve doubled the options available for the whole range to 192 – a perfect combination of variety and identity. Occo SC can be ordered and supplied immediately.
The Landing wall relief’s modules absorb sound and can be combined in all sorts of smart permutations to appeal to people and get them to interact with one another.
The upholstered and fabric-covered modules are available in two versions: a flat one and a three-dimensional moulded relief element, which can be used in three ways depending on the way it’s fitted: as a shelf, rotated 90° vertically as an upright method of creating a zone or providing a screen, and turned 180° horizontally to perch on. All the modules have a size of 60×60 centimetres.
Landing is hooked into wall fittings and can be used in any number of combinations. The various configurations improve acoustics, produce little corners for chats or phone calls, offer spaces to leave drinks and smartphones, and take the strain off people’s feet while they’re standing.
Wilkhahn’s Racer upholstery material will be available in six colours for the launch in November 2018. Other upholstery materials and colours are available on request.
In order to encourage people walking through an office building to talk to one another, we need areas that surprise, arouse curiosity and are attractive in the long term. Which is why design studio RSW developed the pommel horse seat “Sitzbock” that enables a variety of different postures.
It’s 707 mm high, 627 mm wide and its legs splay out to 520 mm. Just like a real horse, you can sit astride or ride “side saddle” or use it to lean on. The “Sitzbock” is rotary moulded in black, white, grey or orange through-dyed polypropylene. At just 4.8 kg in weight, they’re easy to place in groups for spontaneous meet-ups, up to four can be stacked cross-wise or they can be picked up and put on patios for a while. Anyone preferring a little more comfort can give their pommel horse seat a non-slip felt “saddle blanket” that comes in anthracite, graphite, mango or a light mottled hue for extra colour combinations. Positioned in small herds, the colourful pommel horse seats create an atmosphere that’s just as playful as it is ergonomic and invites interaction.
