Both offices revealed they have made job losses since the result of the EU referendum was announced, in response to project uncertainty. BDP – one of the UK's largest firms – has also frozen recruitment.  Dezeen

We know the first aftermath of post-Brexit – precautionary job looses in the biggest leaders UK architecture. UK Make, Sheppard Robson a BDP has reacted to new situation in the politics, with reduction in their amount of employees. Situation can be called as uncertainty, although this February was reported seven year high in the housebuilding in the UK. Reacion of large firms are quite expected, what is measure against the loss of projects and pauses in construction.

As Archinect stated: „It may seem as if optimism has been exchanged for pessimism by some big firms, however the actual impact on the architectural profession in the UK in the next few years remains open to speculation. Uncertainty based on assumptions could lead to a self fulfilling prophecy within the industry, as no one really know what will happen if the UK leaves the EU. Speaking to Dezeen, Simon Allford of AHMM respond states practically that "We will respond as and when". Perhaps an attitude of sustained confidence in a time of ambiguity is the best approach for the industry at the present time.“ - Archinect
